4 Steps to make any smoothies that you like
Are you a big fan of smoothies? They are colorful, tasty, healthy and easy to make. You can simply follow these steps that show you the layers of a healthy and rich smoothie and then you can make it with your own favorite ingredients.
When making a smoothie you want to make sure that it is nutritious, and delicious.
1) Start with your base which can be any of these: Water, Milk, Coconut water, Fruit Juice, Tea (cold), Vegetable Juice (Make sure than there are no added sugar)
2) Then add your favorite Fruit: Peach, Pineapple, Pear, Orange, Grapefruit, Grapes, Banana, Apple, Mango,… (always have at least one or two frozen fruits to make your smoothie more creamy)
3) Now it is time to add Vegetables to your smoothie: Spinach, Kale, Lettuce, Broccoli, Carrots, Fennel, Celery,…
4) Now Flavor it: Spices (ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, cardamon), Ginger, Nuts, Seeds, Coffee, Cacao Powder,…
You can always add a healthy fat such as Olive oil, Coconut butter, or Flax oil. (this is optional)
And these are good options to make your smoothie sweet: Dates, Raw Honey, Dried fruits like figs, apricots, Maple Syrup…
Now mix all these in a mixer and design it with fruits, and seeds.
