How Does Blood Type Affect Your Diet?
If you are among those people who are looking for ways to lose weight you have probably come across articles about blood type diets which are based on a book by Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo. This dient doesn’t necessary mean weight loss diet, it refers to the way you should eat all the time based on your blood type to experience better digestion and to stay away from certain diseases.
But is this true?
There is no doubt that everyone’s diet can be different according to their body and goal but individualizing diets based on blood type and put everyone with the same blood type in the same group doesn’t sound right.
According to the research done by University of Toronto there is no proof on benefits of associating the blood type and people’s diet.
A healthy lifestyle consists of small healthy meals throughout the day and eating enough nutritious that your body needs everyday. If you are eating clean and healthy but still don’t feel satisfied you might want to try this diet for couple of months.
