Ever thought of the humble cucumber which we eat as salad? It also plays the role of a refreshing health beverage in summers, and it is pocket-friendly. The human body needs an average of six to eight glasses of water a day. It is impossible for the body to work properly without water. Drinking plain water all day long seems boring. Add a few cucumber slices to it to get the pep. It is also one of the healthy food choices to make.

Recipe of Cucumber Water:
Water – 8 cups
Sliced Cucumbers – 2
Sea Salt – ½ teaspoon
Method of Preparation
To a large pitcher, add sliced cucumbers and some salt.
Add water into the pitcher.
Now refrigerate the pitcher containing cucumber for a couple of hours.
Serve it (ice cubes optional).
Consume the cucumber water within 2-3 days.
Cucumber water is full of refreshment, hydration and nutrition. Its health benefits are equally impressive. Easy to make, it is easy to enjoy any time of the day, particularly in summers.
